Vietnamese grapefruit salad with shrimp and pork

You can use oranges or tangerines instead of the grapefruit. This salad will perfect for your meal. Make it with recipe of Lecochinchine as below:

Ingredients:

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 100gr pork belly
  • 100gr shrimp without shells
  • ½ carrots (slice into small fiber)
  • Sauce: 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 teaspoons of sugar, a teaspoon of fist extra lemon, ½ teaspoon of pepper, chopped garlic and chilli.
  • Vietnamese coriander and mint leaves (Chopped)
  • 1 Shallot (Slice thinly)
  • Onion (Slice thinly)
  • 1 chilli

Practice:

Step 1: Boil shrimp and pork belly with a little salt and alcohol. Slice pork belly thinly.

Step 2: Mix carrot, onion, shallot, chilli, fish sauce and then add shrimp and pork belly into bowl.

Step 3: Add grapefruits, Vietnamese coriander and mint leaves and mix together.

Step 4: Pour sauce into and mix until mixture combined.

 Presentation:

Place on a plate. Take heart-shaped carrot for decoration.

Sensation:

It is very simple to make this salad which is extremely delicious and good for who are diabetic.
