Cooking class: Steamed rice rolls and chicken soup

  1. Ingredients:
  • Steamed rice rolls
  • 200g chicken
  • Salt, sodium glutamate, pearl onion, lemon leaves, turmeric, cooking oil




Step 1. Divide chicken to small parts ; chop pearl onion , turmeric and lemon leaves

Step 2:  Add a teaspoon of salt,1/3 teaspoon of sodium glutamate, lemon leaves with chicken then leave them about 30 minutes to make sure all the flavor absorb into chicken.


Step 3: Turn on heat and put on a pot, and then add 2 tablespoon of oil to the pan and wait 30 seconds, next put 2 teaspoon of pearl onion and 2 teaspoon of turmeric into the pan and stir that mixed to make good smell and nice color for the soup.

Step 4: Put chicken into the pot and then stir it regularly for a short time, next put on the lid about 1 minute, after that add about 300 ml of water into the pan and cook about 40 more minutes.



Transfer the soup to a serving bowl and spread lightly with chopped lemon leaves.
