Cooking class: Rice Milk

Ingredients

  • 40g sticky rice
  • 40g brown rice
  • 400ml of fresh milk without sugar
  • 150g sugar
  • 20ml vanillajuice
  • 5 liters of water

Practices:

Step 1: Clean the ingredients. Firstly, wash the rice (both glutinous rice and brown rice) and then strain the rice. Put the mixture of glutinous rice and brown rice on the pan with high temperature.

Step 2: Making rice milk: Boil water, put the pigwash, sugar, fresh milk  and vanilla juice on the boiling water. And then blend until smooth, approximately 10 minutes.

 

Step 3: Put the rice milk on the small bottle. Keep cold.

Presentation:

You may want to blend again for ultra smooth consistency. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy cold; shake before using.
