Wontons are easy to make, and the distinctive Asian flavors of the pork filling make them an appetizer everyone will crave. Make it with the recipe of Lecochinchine.
- Grind pork grits: 300g.
- 300g shrimp.
- Carrots: 1 bulb.
- Bean: 1 tuber.
- Vegetables, chives, green onions.
- Spices needed: salt, sugar, pepper, monosodium glutamate.
Making the wonton: First you put the shrimp peeled, then beat, chopped puree. Carrots and pea are peeled, washed, cut in half, cut into thin strands and finely chopped.
