Cooking class: Crispy wontons

Wontons are easy to make, and the distinctive Asian flavors of the pork filling make them an appetizer everyone will crave. Make it with the recipe of Lecochinchine.


  • Grind pork grits: 300g.
  • 300g shrimp.
  • Carrots: 1 bulb.
  • Bean: 1 tuber.
  • Vegetables, chives, green onions.
  • Spices needed: salt, sugar, pepper, monosodium glutamate.


Step 1:

Making the wonton: First you put the shrimp peeled, then beat, chopped puree. Carrots and pea are peeled, washed, cut in half, cut into thin strands and finely chopped. Cut the green onion and let the shrimp, meat into bowl and then onions with carrots and tuber of bean cut into small pieces. Add 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sweeteners, 1 teaspoon of sugar and mix well until it’s about 30 minutes.

Step 2: Wonton pack. There are many ways to fold into different shapes according to your preferences.

Step 3: Once the package is ready, put the oil on the stove and heat, use medium heat, drop into pan fried golden crispy.


Put the fried yellow wontons on the plate, use coriander, tomato or chili paste to decorate the dish. Grilled choppers can be served with chili sauce or tomato sauce.
