Cooking class: Ba Hanh Fried Rice

Fried rice with pork, onions, eggs to add interest to plain white rice. Enjoy it with recipe of Lecochinchine!

Ingredients:

1 bowl cold rice

Fungus

Onion

Pork grind 200g

Pepper

cooking oil

Spices, salt, seasoning, fish sauce

Making

Step 1: Preliminarily materials: soak fungus in hot water. Then cut into small fibers, small chop onion,

Step 2: Marinated pork with onion, fungus and pepper.

Step 3: Pour the oil into a saucepan and add onions. Then add meat mixture to the sauté. Then separate the disk.

Step 4: Fry the rice and pour the mixture into the pan. Add salt, seasoning and less fish sauce.

Decorate:

Use the wrapping paper with the bowl, add the fried rice, and place it back in the dish. Pick up the rice paper and the bowl will be a beautiful plate. You can use carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes to decorate the dish.
